2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system). We use this data only to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period unless needed to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.

3. Contact form and email

If you contact us, we process the details you provide (name, organization, email, topic and message) to answer your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR and, where you tick the consent box, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Form messages are sent to us by email via our hosting provider. We delete your data once your inquiry is closed, unless statutory retention periods apply (business correspondence: up to 6 years).

4. Cookies, analytics and fonts

We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and no consent banner is needed. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection to external font providers is made.

5. Google Maps

Our contact section offers a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is loaded only after you click “Show map”. Google then receives data such as your IP address and may transfer it to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which you give by clicking and can withdraw at any time by reloading the page without loading the map. 6. External links

Links to partners, funding bodies and LinkedIn are plain hyperlinks. No data is shared with these sites until you click a link; their own privacy policies then apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 15–20, 7(3) GDPR). You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR at any time (Art. 21 GDPR). Contact: info@deviemedical.com.
